The cost of Restoration varies with degree of damage, the size of image and the details needed to preserve or recreate.

  • MINOR Restoration - color and contrast repaired.
  • MODERATE Restoration - color, contrast, small spots and stains repaired
  • HIGH Restoration - color, contrast, small spots, small stains, and crinkles and small tears.
  • EXTENSIVE Restoration - color, contrast, small spots, small stains, crinkles, folds, tears and all other problems.

Details and Suggestions to maintain the beauty of your restoration:

  • Archival Giclee Paper (250 year lifespan)
  • Seven shades of B&W ink for best tones. Sepia coloring is also possible and looks great in a home, but the color shifts in sunlight and other lighting.
  • Smooth High Art paper will be used with a slight ecru coloring. Paper and ink react similar to charcoal or watercolors. The paper shouldn't be rubbed. It should be matted and framed behind glass immediately.
  • Extreme heat and cold should be avoided. Direct Sunlight should be avoided. Humidity and dry conditions should be avoided.

CONTACT US to arrange an appointment to bring your item to the studio for a quote.
