Planning your portraits: No two portrait sessions are exactly alike! We want your session to reflect your unique personality. We discuss clothing color and style ahead of time so on the big day you look your very best. This also ensures your portrait will not look out-of-date in a few years!

You will not feel rushed: We will schedule as much time as you need for your portraits so your session will not have a rushed assembly line feel. We cannot do as many sessions this way however we are more concerned with portrait quality rather than quantity.

You will have fun: We are well aware that not everyone has a pleasant experience in front of the camera. Before your session we will take some time to get to know you. During the session we do everything we can to put you at ease. We know that if you feel comfortable you will look your best in the portraits.

You will look wonderful: We include retouching services to all of our High School Senior Portraits to eliminate any minor imperfections. Each portrait is handmade by the finest print artisans to exacting color specifications. You take home a portrait of breathtaking color and clarity, destined to become a family heirloom.

You get what you want: We will not limit how many poses you can get or which portraits you can buy for a certain price. You get to choose your favorite poses and as many as you want! The only exception are the wallets which are printed in sets of the same pose.

ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS!

• How do I book my session? You may schedule your session over the phone or in person. Prepayment of the session is required at booking time.
• How do I know what portrait size and quantity best suits my needs? It is best if you consider your needs before your viewing appointment. If you wish to purchase gifts for your friends and family, you may need to make out a list ahead of time. If you are interested in a wall portrait, it is helpful to decide where you would like to hang it in your home. It may be necessary to measure your wall if space is limited.
• How long will my session take? It usually takes only 60-90 minutes for a session because of the change of clothing, set, and props.
• When can I pick up my portraits? Your portraits will be ready approximately 4-5 weeks after the order is placed. We will call you when the portraits are ready to shedule a pick-up time. If you have ordered a wall portrait, we will discuss framing options.
• Which frame is best for my portrait? We have a wide variety of custom and ready-made frames to compliment all styles of portraits. If you are interested in a frame for your wall portrait, we can assist you with your selection.
• What happens if I need to reschedule? We realize it is sometimes necessary to reschedule an appointment. Please call us as soon as possible in order for us to apply your session fee to another date.
• What kind of guarantee do you offer? We guarantee our portrait sessions as well as our portraits. If you are not pleased for any reason, we will gladly remake your portrait or schedule another session for you at no charge.
• What are your studio hours? Our studio hours are Tuesday - Saturdays by appointment only. We are closed on Sunday and Monday.

CHOOSING YOUR PORTRAITS

Approximately two days after your portraits are created, you can come to the studio and see your portraits in different sizes, B&W, Sepia, handtinted, etc... We can also post your portraits to our website... just ask for details.

TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

1. Set the specific day and time of the Portrait Session.
2. Go thru basic information, such as ... your name, address, phone #, email address, clothing, etc... This information can be done over the phone and just takes a few minutes to plan all the details.
3. Make the payment for the session including 7%tax payable by credit card, cash or checks to AW Photography.
